白血病树突状细胞疫苗的研究进展
摘要
对于难治性、复发性和老年性的白血病来说,寻找新的治疗方法尤为迫切。免疫治疗的目的就是能够激活患者体内的免疫反应,从而特异性地识别和杀伤癌细胞。而树突状细胞(DC)为强有力的抗原提呈细胞。抗原与DC结合成为肿瘤主动特异性免疫治疗的重要手段之一。本文在DC来源、抗原加载、成熟、输入、佐剂以及此疫苗的前景和存在的局限性等方面进行综述。
