摘要
粘着斑激酶(FAK)是一种非受体酪氨酸激酶,在正常细胞的生长周期、增殖分化、迁移运动及血管生成等过程中均发挥重要作用。研究表明,FAK在多种肿瘤细胞中高表达,在肿瘤细胞激活过程及侵袭转移中也起着关键作用,并已逐渐成为目前肿瘤治疗的新靶点。FAK在细胞内的信号转导通路是目前研究的热点,进一步认识其信号网络将有助于拓展新的治疗策略。本文就FAK在血液系统中的作用进行论述,并阐明FAK在造血生成、白血病、骨髓微环境的作用及信号转导机制。
