拇趾腓侧皮瓣修复指腹软组织缺损

Repair of soft tissue defect in the finger pulp with fibular skin flaps of hailux

目的探讨拇趾腓侧皮瓣修复手指指腹缺损的临床疗效。方法自2005年3月至2009年4月，应用自体吻合足拇趾趾底动脉的拇趾腓侧皮瓣转移的方法，对18例手指指腹软组织缺损的患者进行修复。结果术后皮瓣全部成活。随访其中的12例患者6～40个月，按照中华医学会手外科学会上肢功能评定标准其均为优良。结论应用吻合足拇趾趾底动脉的拇趾腓侧皮瓣转移修复手指指腹软组织缺损，手指的外形和功能均良好，足拇趾功能未受影响。

Objective To explore the curative effect of soft tissue defect in the finger pulp repaired with fibular skin flaps of hallux. Methods From March 2005 to April 2009, 18 patients with soft tissue defects in the finger pulp were repaired by autoallergic anastomosis with fibular skin flaps of hallux pedicled with arteriae digitales plan/ares. Results All skin flaps survived, and 12 cases were followed up for 6- 40 months, and they were assessed as ＂GOOD＂ according to the upper limb functional assessment standards of China Medical Association, Hand Surgery. Conclusion The method of autoallergie anastomosis with fibular skin flaps of hallux pedicled with arteriae digitales plantares to repair the soft tissue defects in the finger pulp can achieve the results of good finger shapes and functions without any effect on their hallux functions.
