摘要
对纤维素酶产生菌进行了选育,试验了培养基的配方和主要原料,菌种产酶高峰期,温度、pH值、通气等条件的影响,菌株的保存性状,以及酶作用的最适pH值和最适温度等,获得了高产菌株6株,其纤维素酶的棉花糖化力达1802mg葡萄糖g·24h,CMC糖化力达7064mg葡萄糖g·h,且菌种的生物学性状稳定。酶的应用效果试验另文报道。
The effects on the cellulase producing strains such as ingredient of culture medium,cellulase producing high peek,ventilation,optimum pH and temperature etc,were studied,and 6 strains of high cellulase activity were abtained.The storation character of the 6 strains and also the optimum pH and temperature of cellulase were examined.Under the optimum conditions,the cotton saccharification activity and CMC saccharification activity amount to 1802 mg glucoseg·24h and 7064mg glucoseg·h respectively.The biology character of the selected stain is stable.The application effect of the cellulase will be reported in another paper.
