纤维素酶高活力菌株产酶条件的研究 被引量:1

摘要 对纤维素酶产生菌进行了选育,试验了培养基的配方和主要原料,菌种产酶高峰期,温度、pH值、通气等条件的影响,菌株的保存性状,以及酶作用的最适pH值和最适温度等,获得了高产菌株6株,其纤维素酶的棉花糖化力达1802mg葡萄糖g·24h,CMC糖化力达7064mg葡萄糖g·h,且菌种的生物学性状稳定。酶的应用效果试验另文报道。 The effects on the cellulase producing strains such as ingredient of culture medium,cellulase producing high peek,ventilation,optimum pH and temperature etc,were studied,and 6 strains of high cellulase activity were abtained.The storation character of the 6 strains and also the optimum pH and temperature of cellulase were examined.Under the optimum conditions,the cotton saccharification activity and CMC saccharification activity amount to 1802 mg glucoseg·24h and 7064mg glucoseg·h respectively.The biology character of the selected stain is stable.The application effect of the cellulase will be reported in another paper.
