摘要 本文研究了用SBA_50型葡萄糖生物传感分析仪测定麦芽糖的方法。麦芽糖的测定范围为0~200mgdL,测定回收率平均为9969%。将麦芽糖溶液中加一定量的葡萄糖糖化酶(300umL底物),60℃水解5min,取水解液25μL,注入SBA_50型葡萄糖生物传感分析仪中,20s即可得到结果。该方法简便、快速、准确度高。 Determination of maltose using SBA_50 Glucose Biosensor was studied.The range of maltose determination is 0~200 mgdL and the average recovery rate is 99.69%. Maltose can be measured by SBA_50 Glucose Biosensor in 20 seconds after hydrolyzed with golucoamylase at 60℃ for 5 minutes. This method has advantages of simplicity, rapidity and high accuracy.
