本文提出了一种进行网络计划成本工期优化的新方法，通过建立动态规划的数学模型，利用寻优的递推公式，确定最小成本和最优工期。该方法与传统的优化方法相比，优化过程更简便，可以节省大量的计算工作量。

By establishing the mathmatic model of dynamic planning,a new method of dynamic planning in rectifying networks cost of the time limit for a project is proposed.The rectification formular and method are described which are much simpler compared with the traditional ones,and reduce a lot of calculation work.
