采用不同培养基研究了地衣芽孢杆菌的生长曲线。在０．３％～０．５％ＶＨ培养基中，延迟期最短，对数期提前２～４ｈ。为缩短生产周期、提高产量，提供了科学依据。

The growth curve of Bacillus licheniformis was studied by using medium variations.When the biotin was 0.3%～0.5% in medium,the lag phase was shortened by two hours,the logarethmic phase was extended by two to four hours.This provides a scientific basis for shortening productive periods and increasing yields.
