摘要
给出了环上多项式环中理想一定可以准素分解这个定理，得到了环上多项式环的一些性质。
This paper confirms the principle that the ideal of the multinomial ring linked with another one may have a quasi element analysis and obtains some nature of the multinomial ring linked with another one.
