摘要
将主成分回归分析法用于动力学多组分测定中,从待测物的动力学及全波谱联合量测数据中抽取有用主成分信息,建立主成分校正模型,并完成了对铁、锌混合样的同时测定。在计算中采用交互验证法确定主成分数。对三种不同的量测数据所得的结果进行了比较,发现采用全波谱动力学数据可获得较好结果,铁、锌的回收率分别为988%,1018%,并用于人发实际样品测定。
Principal component regression(PCR)has been used for simultaneous multicomponent kinetic analysis.The cross-validation was used to get the suitable number of principal components(PCs).The individul kinetic or spectrophotometric data were compared with the kinetic-spectrophotometric data and the determination results of iron and zinc were given with the recovery of 98.8%,101.8% respectively.This thesis make a study to the application of chemometrics in the differential kinetic analysis.
