非酒精性脂肪性肝病与原发性肝癌 被引量：2

摘要 非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）的概念80年代由Schaffner首次提出，是指肝组织病理学改变与酒精性肝病相类似，但无过量饮酒史的临床病理综合征，包括单纯性脂肪肝、脂肪性肝炎（NASH）和NASH相关性肝硬化3种病理类型。
