Hpa和nm23在大肠癌的表达及其与侵袭转移的相关性

The correlation of Hpa and nm23 expression with invasiveness and metastasis in colorectal carcinoma

目的探讨乙酰肝素酶Hpa及转移抑制基因nm23在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化EnVision法检测54例原发性大肠癌组织中Hpa及nm23蛋白的表达。结果Hpa和nm23蛋白在大肠癌中的阳性表达率分别为48.1%、63.0%;nm23和大肠癌肿瘤大小无明显相关(P>0.05),而Hpa与肿瘤大小显著相关(P<0.01),nm23和Hpa蛋白与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移和肝转移有关(P<0.05,P<0.01);Hpa与nm23表达之间无明显相关性。结论Hpa和nm23的表达与大肠癌的浸润转移密切相关,检测大肠癌组织中Hpa和nm23的表达水平对判断患者的预后和肝转移具有一定的参考价值。

Objective To investigate the expressions of Hpa and nm23 in human colorectal carcinoma and their correlation with clinicopathological features of colorectal carcinoma.Methods The expressions of Hpa and nm23 were determined by immunohistochemical staining in 54 surgical specimens of colorectal carcinoma.Results The positive rates of Hpa and nm23 expression in colorectal carcinoma were 48.1% and 63.0%,respectively.The positive rate of nm23 was not correlated with tumour size （P〉0.05）,but Hpa had significant correlation with tumour size （P〈0.01）.The expressions of Hpa and nm23 protein were related with tissue infiltration,lymph node metastasis and liver metastasis （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.There was no correlation between the expressions of Hpa and nm23.Conclusion The expressions of nm23 and Hpa are closely related to metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.Detection of expressions of Hpa and nm23 may be helpful to predict prognosis and liver metastasis of colorectal carcinoma patients.
