摘要
白加黑感冒片为常用抗感冒药,治疗量较少引起不良反应,过量可引起急性肝损害。我院收治的1例患者按常规剂量服用该药引起急性药物性肝炎,较为少见,与其敏感体质及个体差异有关。
Compound pseudoephedrine hydrochloride tablet is a commonly used medication for treatment of cold,which seldom causes adverse reaction within therapeutic dose,and can induce acute hepatic injury with over dose.However,we received one case of acute drug-induced hepatitis within therapeutic dose of compound pseudoephedrine hydrochloride tablet.This may be relevant to idiosyncrosy and individual difference.
