The Items and Methods of the Performance Test for the LOM Prototype Material

通过对ＬＯＭ原型材料性能要求的分析，阐述了能反映原型性能的测试指标．认为：在ＬＯＭ用纸被选定之后，热熔胶的起始粘结温度、热熔胶的流动性、热熔胶与纸的粘结力、ＬＯＭ原型的废料剥离性能等四个性能指标基本能反映ＬＯＭ原型材料的性能特征．介绍了上述四个性能指标的测试方法．

The items of performance test reflecting the properties of different materials of Laminated Object Manufacturing (LOM) prototype are discussed by analyzing the requirements for the LOM prototype materials. It is pointed out that four properties, including the starting binding temperature of Hot Molten Glue (HMG), the fluidity of HMG, the binding force between paper and HMG, and the ability to strip the waste material from LOM materials can show the characteristics of LOM prototype material. The test methods for the four items are also introduced in detail.
