阿尔茨海默病患者脑脊液中葡萄糖、真胰岛素水平与载脂蛋白E基因的关系 被引量:2

Relation between the levels of glucose and true insulin in cerebrospinal fluid and apolipoprotein E genotype in patients with Alzheimer′s disease

摘要 目的检测阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者脑脊液中葡萄糖、真胰岛素水平,探讨AD患者脑脊液中胰岛素异常及与载脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因的关系。方法随机选择35例对照组、48例AD患者,留取脑脊液检验其葡萄糖、真胰岛素水平,将AD按轻、中重度和不同ApoE基因型分组后与相应的对照组进行比较。结果AD患者各组脑脊液中葡萄糖与相应对照组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05);轻度AD组脑脊液真胰岛素较对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05),中重度AD组真胰岛素较对照组降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05);无ApoEε4AD组较对照组真胰岛素降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论AD患者脑脊液中胰岛素水平降低,与疾病的严重程度和ApoEε4基因型相关。 Objective To detect the levels of glucose and true insulin in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and apolipoprotein E genotype in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) and explore whether the insulin levels are related to the severity of dementia and apolipoprotein E (ApoE) or not. Methods The levels of glucose and true insulin in CSF and apoE genotype in 35 healthy age-matched adults and 48 patients with AD were measured and analyzed. Results There was no difference between AD group and its control group in the levels of glucose in CSF ( P 〉 0. 05 ). There was no difference between mild AD group and its control group in the levels of true insulin ( P 〉 0.05 ). True insulin in moderate/severe AD group was significantly lower than that of its control group ( P 〈 0. 05). True insulin in the AD/noapoEe4 genotype group was significantly lower than that of its control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The lower insulin level in AD patients is related to severity of the disease and apoEe4 genotype.
