摘要
讨论了用混合稀土对Al-Si共晶合金的变质工艺,测定了合金的热抗拉强度、线膨胀系数和活塞的尺寸稳定性.结果表明:加入混合稀土1%后,ZL108号合金的热抗拉强度提高了26%,线膨胀系数降低,活塞的尺寸稳定性增加.
The modified operation with a mixer of RE on the Al Si eutectic alloy is discussed.The high temperature tensile strength,linear expansion coefficent and size steadiness of a piston are measured.The results show that when a 1% mixer of RE is added,the high temperature tensile strength of the alloy increases by a factor of 26%,the linear expansion coefficient of the alloy decreases and the size steadiness of the piston is enhanced.
