胰头非肿瘤性肿块影像特点

Imaging features of non-tumorous mass of the head of pancreas

目的从胰头非肿瘤性肿块影像特点探讨胰头癌误诊原因。方法回顾分析近5年来误诊为胰头癌的非肿瘤性病变。结果将非肿瘤性胰头肿块分为实质性、囊实性、炎性和解剖异常4组,分别阐述其病理生理和鉴别要点。结论非肿瘤性胰头肿块常误诊为胰头癌;结合临床,仔细分析其影像特点,多数患者能确诊。

Objective To explore the misdignostic cause of the pancreatic head carcinoma from the occupied imaging features of non-tumorous mass within the head of pancreas. Methods Cases of non-tumorous mass of the head of pancreas in recent five years were retrospectively analyzed. Results Non-tumorous mass was divided into solid, cystic, imtlammatic and variational mass four group. The imaging differential key points were explained in this article. Conclusion Non-tumorous masses within the head of pancreas are com- mon. It is often misdiagnosed as pancreatic carcinoma. Correct diagnosis will be done in most cases after combining the clinical manifestations with analyzing the imaging features.
