CD44v6和PTEN在胆囊癌中的表达及其与临床病理的关系

Expression of CD44v6 and PTEN in gallbladder cancer and its relation to clinicopathology

目的探讨CD44v6和PTEN蛋白在胆囊癌中的表达以及与临床病理的关系。方法采用免疫组化检测43例原发性胆囊癌、20例慢性胆囊炎组织中CD44v6和PTEN蛋白的表达情况。结果43例胆囊癌组织中CD44v6和PTEN蛋白阳性表达率分别为67.4%和34.9%。胆囊癌组织中CD44v6表达阳性率显著高于慢性胆囊炎对照组(χ2=21.34,P<0.01),而PTEN表达阳性率显著低于慢性胆囊炎对照组(χ2=23.44,P<0.01)。CD44v6高表达和PTEN蛋白低表达与胆囊癌的分化程度、病理分期及淋巴结有无转移存在相关性。胆囊癌组织中CD44v6与PTEN表达呈负相关(χ2=4.22,P<0.05)。结论在胆囊癌组织中CD44v6的高表达与PTEN的低表达与胆囊癌的发生、发展、浸润转移密切相关,CD44v6和PTEN蛋白表达可作为评价胆囊癌生物学行为的参考指标之一。

Objective To explore the expression of CD44v6 and PTEN and the relationship with the clinic pathologic significances in gallbladder cancer. Methods Expression of CD44v6 and PTEN protein in 43 cases of primai7 gallbladder cancer, 20 cases of chronic cholecystitis were detected with immunohistochemical staining. Results In chronie c, holecystitis, the positive expression rate of CD44v6 and PTEN was 67.4% and 34.9%. In gallbladder cancer, the positive expression rate of CD44v6 was significantly higher than that in chronic eholecystitis, and the positive expression rate of PTEN protein was significantly lower than that in chronic cholecystitis. High-expression of CD44v6 and low-expression of IYFEN were closely related with differentiation, pathological stage and lymph node metastases of gallbladder cancer. Conclusion In gallbladder cancer, high-expression of CD44v6 and low-expression of PTEN are closely related with genesis, development, and infiltration of cancer. Expression of CD44v6 and PTEN protein can be used for the evaluation of the bio- logical behavior and prognostic indicators of gallbladder eancer.
