经结膜入路睑袋整复术联合E光去皱治疗继发性睑袋 被引量：1

摘要 继发性睑袋多见于中老年，是下睑支持结构薄弱松弛引起的继发性改变，临床上多采用经皮肤入路去除多余皮肤、脂肪，拉紧松弛的眼轮匝肌、眶隔，但损伤较大，手术步骤多而复杂，有出现皮肤切口瘢痕、睑外翻、睑退缩等并发症的可能，且恢复时间长，使许多睑袋就医者感到为难。
