唇部软组织线距测量与区域面积测量的相关性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:测量哈尔滨地区安氏各类错唇形态指标,探讨错畸形患者唇部线距与区域面积之间的关系。方法:选择147例18~25岁错畸形患者为研究对象,测量X线头颅侧位定位片唇部软组织线距11项,区域面积5项,并进行统计学分析。结果:唇部软组织线距与区域面积测量结果分析有统计学意义,与上唇面积关系最大的线距为上唇基底厚度(P<0.01),其次是上唇红缘厚度(P<0.01),再次是上唇长;与下唇面积关系最大的线距为:下唇基底厚度(P<0.01)和下唇长(P<0.01)。结论:唇部软组织头影线距测量与区域面积测量有相关性,唇部软组织分布可对颌骨发育异常有一定的代偿作用,临床上可以尝试用面积测量法分析唇部形态。 Objective The relativity is probed between cephalometric linear and cephalometric area by measurement of cases on malocclusion from Harbin. Methods 147 cases of 18 to 25 years old patients are selected as objects for investigation.Then measurements are taken on 11 cases of the line distance for soft tissue of lips on cephalometric radiographs,as well as 5 area proportions. And statistical analysis for them is taken. Results The analysis for measurements to line distance of the soft tissue of lips and area proportions is significant statistically.The line distance which is most closely related to the area proportions of the upper lip is thickness of the upper lip's basement (P〈0.01). Secondly,is the thickness of the vermilion margin of the upper lip (P〈0.01).Then, is the length of the upper lip.The line distance which is most closely related to the area proportions of the lower lip is thickness of the basement of the lower lip (P〈0.01).Secondly,is the length of the lower lip (P〈0.01). Conclusion The cephalometric measurements on soft tissue of lips are related to those on the area proportions.The distribution of soft tissue of the lip may play some compensatory role on jaw dysplasia. And the method of measurements on area proportions could be tried to analyze the lip shape for clinic.
