The research progress of negative pressure wound therapy

负压创面治疗技术（negative pressure wound therapy，NPWT）是近十几年来提出并开展的新方法，它包括1993年德国外科医师Fleischmann等最先提出的封闭负压引流（vacuum sealing drainage，VSD）及1997年美国外科医师Argenta和Morykwas首创的封闭负压辅助闭合（vacuum-assisted closure，VAC）两项关键技术。
