摘要 负压创面治疗技术(negative pressure wound therapy,NPWT)是近十几年来提出并开展的新方法,它包括1993年德国外科医师Fleischmann等最先提出的封闭负压引流(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)及1997年美国外科医师Argenta和Morykwas首创的封闭负压辅助闭合(vacuum-assisted closure,VAC)两项关键技术。
