微量稀土Ce对纯Ag组织的影响

摘要 系统的研究了添加微量稀土Ce对纯Ag铸态、加工态和退火态组织形貌的影响作用。对比分析了纯银和Ag-0.1%Ce组织中位错在加工态和退火态的变化情况。结果表明,在Ce含量不超过0.065%时,Ag的铸态组织为单相固溶体;Ce含量过大时,组织中有Ag4Ce相析出。变形量为50%的Ag-0.1%Ce合金退火后,Ag4Ce相相变的均匀。透射电镜观测表明Ag4Ce相在加工过程中对位错有阻碍作用,退火后这些位错形成晶,或扩散到晶界被吸收,或通过异号位错的作用而抵消。 The influence of minor Ce addition on the microstructures of pure Ag under as-cast, cold- processing and annealing states were systematically researched. The dislocations in the pure Ag and Ag-0.1%Ce at different processing states were comparatively analyzed. The results indicated that, when the Ce content is below 0. 065%, single solid solution in pure Ag was obtained under the ascast condition. As the Ce additive increases, Ag4Oe precipitate was formed. After annealing the Ag-0. 1% Ce alloy at 50% deformation, Ag4Oe precipitate was distributed uniformly. Transmission electron microscopy shows that Ag4Ce precipitate impeded the dislocation during the working process. The crystal formed by dislocation was whether absorbed by diffusion into the grain boundaries, or counteracted by the dislocations of minus number after annealing.
