摘要
ZM6镁合金近几年广泛应用于航空、航天工业中,相对于ZM-5、ZM-1具有良好的铸造性能、力学性能、高的抗蚀性和适合较高温度的工作环境等优点。研究了合全元素对ZM-6镁合全力学性能的影响。结果表明,锌、钕、锆元素对ZM-6合金的良好的强化效果,以锌的强化作用最为强,其加入量分别为Zn0.4%~0.7%,Zr0.6%~0.7%,Nd0.4%~0.8%时,合金的力学性能较高。使用高纯原材料,并辅以合理的熔炼工艺是获得综合性能优良的ZM-6合金的重要条件。
ZM-6 magnesium alloy has been widely used in aerospace industries in recent years for excellent castability, mechanical property, corrosion resistance and suitability in high temperature conditions compared with the ZM-5 and ZM-1 magnesium alloy, the influences of alloying elements were studied on the ZM-6 magnesium alloy properties and mechanical properties. The results show that Zn, Nd, Zr have an good strengthening effect for ZM-6 magnesium alloy. The best streng thening effect element is Zn. The Zn addition is Zn 0.4%---,0.7%, Zr 0. 6% ---0. 7% , Nd 0.4% - 0.8%时, The mechanical property value is highest. High purity material and reasonable melting process are important to obtain excellent properties alloys.
