摘要
采用消失模铸造工艺生产铁路桥梁铸钢支座,可以大大简化操作工序,提高生产效率,铸件质量好,工艺出品率高。消失模铸造生产铁路桥梁支座铸钢件经常出现缩孔、缩松、碳缺陷、粘砂等缺陷。提出了生产合格桥梁支座铸钢件的工艺条件与方法。
Steel railway bridge bearings were produced by lost foam casting, which can greatly simplify the operation process. The production efficiency was raised, the quality of the casting was improved and the yield of casting is increased. It was found that casting defects, i. e, shrinkage, porosity, carbon defects, and sand fusion were always generated in the cast steel bearing by lost foam casting. In this paper the technological methods and parameters on producing qualified bridge bearing steel casting were put forward.
