肝癌患者手术前后血清IL-2和TNF的变化及其与癌肿体积大小和血管浸润的关系

Clinical significance of serum IL-2 and TNF in liver cancer patients

目的观察肝癌病人手术前、后血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的变化,探讨其与肝癌的相关性。方法采用双抗体夹心法(ELISA法)动态检测63例肝癌病人手术前、后以及45例正常人血清IL-2和TNF值,术后根据癌肿体积大小以及血管浸润情况进行分组,逐组按其手术前、后血清IL-2和TNF表达情况进行相关性分析及对比。结果肝癌患者手术前IL-2水平低于正常人,手术后IL-2水平较手术前有明显的升高。肝癌患者手术后血清IL-2水平无论癌肿瘤体体积大、小和术后病理诊断有、无血管浸润与其手术前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝癌病人血清IL-2和TNF检测值表达的动态变化与癌肿瘤体体积大小以及是否存在血管浸润的发生、发展呈正相关性改变。

Objective To study the change of pre - and post - operative serum IL - 2 and TNF in liver cancer patients and its correlation with liver cancer. Methods Pre - and post - operative IL - 2 and TNF were measured by ELISA in 63 liver cancer patients. Patients were grouped by post - operative tumor volume and vascular invasion and metastasis or not. Results levels of serum IL - 2 in liver cancer patients before operation were lower than normal people, but levels of serum IL - 2 after operation were higher than that before operation. The level of serum IL -2 in patients with tumor volume 〉5cm and vascular invasion and metastasis were higher than those in patients with tumor volume 〈 5cm and Non - vascular invasion and metastasis （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Serum IL - 2 level decreased after operation, patients grouped by post - operative tumor volume and Vascular invasion and metastasis or Non - Vascular invasion and metastasis are contrasted （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The determination of Serum IL - 2 and TNF level of liver cancer patientsand tumor volume and occurrence,developmet, prognosis of Vascular invasion and metastasis or Non - Vascular invasion and metastasis show positive correlation alteration.
