支气管哮喘患者外周血IL-18mRNA及IgE的表达及其意义 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨支气管哮喘(Bronchial asthma)外周血白细胞介素18(Interleukin 18,IL-18)及IgE的表达及其临床意义。方法采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应法测定24例支气管哮喘患者外周血及20例正常对照者外周血IL-18 mRNA的定量表达,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测患者及对照者血清中免疫球蛋白E(Immunoglobulin E,IgE)的水平,分析支气管哮喘患者IL-18 mRNA的定量表达与IgE表达的相关性。结果支气管哮喘患者外周血IL-18 mRNA及IgE表达明显高于健康对照者的表达(t=16.51,P<0.001;t=18.15,P<0.001);支气管哮喘患者外周血IL-18 mRNA的定量表达与IgE表达呈显著的正相关(r=0.41790,P=0.0421)。结论IL-18及IgE的过度表达可能参与了支气管哮喘的发病。 Objective To investigate the expression and its significance of interleutin 18 (IL - 18) and immunoglobulin E (IgE) in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods Tweenty- four adult patients with bronchial and 20 health control were sequentially enrolled in this study. The production of IgE and IL - 18 mRNA were measured by ELISA and fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction, respectively. The correlation between expresion of IgE and IL - 18 mRNA was analyzed. Results Expression of IL - 18 mRNA and IgE in bronchial asthma were significantly higher than those in health control,respectively (t = 16. 51 ,P 〈0. 001 ; t = 18. 15,P 〈0. 001 ). Signifieant posivtive correlation in bronchial asthma were found between expression of IL - 18 mRNA and IgE (r = 0. 41790,P=0. 0421 ). Conclusion Expressions of IL- 18 and IgE play an important role in the development of patients with bronchial asthma.
