摘要
本文报告了β-(4,5-二苯基-2-哑唑基)丙酸的合成.由于使用了吡啶催化剂,合成的总产率比文献〔4〕值提高了14%.并给出了产物及中间体的物理常数和光谱数据,本文对中间体合成的最佳反应条件进行了研究.
Synthesis of β-(4,5-diphenyloxazol-2-yl) propionic acid was reported in this paper. As pyridine catalyst was used in preparation reaction, the total yield of β-(4,5-diphenyloxazol-2-yl) propionic acid increased by 14% as compared with references indication. Physical constants and spectroscopy data of the product and intermediate was obtained, and the optimum condition for synthesis of the intermediate was studied.
