Extraction of Total Flavonoids From Hypericum Perforatum Based on Uniform Design Method

目的:优选贯叶连翘总黄酮提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮含量为指标,采用均匀设计法筛选最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为10倍量90%乙醇回流2次,60min/次,贯叶连翘中总黄酮的含量为9.12%,与理论推测相符。结论:优化提取工艺简单、稳定、可行。

Objective：To optimize the extraction technology of the total flavonoids from Hypericum perforatum.Methods：Selecting the contents of total flavonoids from the extractsolution as the target,the conditions of extraction were optimized by the uniform design method.Results：The optimum extraction technology was as follows：solid-liquid ratio 1∶10,90% ethanol,refluxing and extracting for 60 min,2 times.The total flavonoids in Hypericum perforatum was 9.12%.Conclusion：This optimized process is simple,stable and efficient.
