摘要
目的:探讨紫草油联合头孢唑啉湿敷治疗Ⅲ期压疮的临床护理疗效。方法:将40例患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各20例。观察组在常规护理基础上,采用紫草油联合头孢唑啉湿敷治疗;对照组采用常规外科无菌换药处理创面和常规护理。结果:观察组治愈率明显优于对照组(P<0.01),治愈时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:紫草油联合头孢唑啉湿敷治疗压疮,具有起效快、疗效高、简单方便的优点,值得推广运用。
Objective：To study the effect of Chinese medicine Puccoon Oil and cefazolin on pressed wound of the third stage.Methods：40 patients were randomized into the experimental group and control group.The effects of the two methods treating pressed wound were compared.Results：There was significant differences between the two groups in the cure rate（P0.05）and the cure time（P0.01）.Conclusion：Puccoon Oil and cefazolin is superior to conventional treatment in treating pressed wound of the third stage.
