摘要
目前HAART是应用最为广泛的治疗艾滋病的有效方法。但是,使用HAART在获得疗效的同时,相伴而来的是多种毒副作用的迅速产生,特别是与HAART相关的高脂血症是一个普遍存在的问题。调节脂代谢紊乱有效的常用西药都具有较为严重的不良反应,还与HAART药物之间存在相互作用,影响HAART疗效。中医药在治疗高脂血症方面有着深厚的临床基础和详实的实验研究,疗效确切,毒副作用小,运用中医药对HAART这一副作用进行干预,此类研究目前国内尚未见文献报道。
HAART is currently the most widely used and effective method of treatment of AIDS.However,HAART obtains efficacy,while a variety of accompanying side effects are rapid generation,especially with HAART-related hyperlipemia is a common problem.Western medicine which is effective treatment of dislipidemia are serious adverse reactions,but also the interaction with HAART drugs,the impact of HAART efficacy.Chinese medicinals in the treatment of hyperlipemia has a strong clinical foundation and detailed experimental studies.The effects are exact with minor side effects.At present,such research about traditional Chinese medicine treat the side effects of HAART has yet no to report in the literature.
