摘要
在分析我国高速公路停车收费特征的基础上,以排队论理论分析了高速公路货运车辆计重复式收费的可行性和科学性。通过对青县收费站计重复式收费的实证研究,表明该收费模式不仅可以有效节约土地使用面积,降低收费设施的投资成本,更重要的是可以缓解收费站对高速公路通行的瓶颈性制约,提高高速公路的通行能力。
By analyzing the characteristics of expressway parking model, the queuing theory is used to analyze the feasibility and scientificity of multipoint toll collection by weight of goods vehicle. The empirical example of Qingxian Toll Station shows that this model saves land and toll facilities effectively. It is important that the toll model alleviates the bottleneck of toll station and improves traffic capacity of expressway greatly.
