摘要
阐述了公路货运企业价值链理论,以及对货运企业价值链的优化;提出了相关的优化策略,强调了在公路货运企业价值链的优化过程中,企业财会、企业客户关系等多方之间的平衡与协调的重要性。
With the development of highway freight transport market, the growing competition between highway freight transport enterprises is reflected among the value chain. This paper makes a brief analysis on the value chain theory, and then apply it in the cases of highway freight companies. Also it expounds detailedly for the value chain theory of highway freight companies, clearly sets forth the a- nalysis and optimization of enterprise's value chain. Lastly,this paper brings forward related optimiza- tion strategy, emphasizes the coordination and balance of multi relationship between accounting and business optimizationon process,enterprises and customers, etc.
