摘要
依法执政成为法治社会所普遍采用的执政方式,缘由在于其自身的魅力价值:体现了执政为民的宗旨,增强了党执政的人民代表性;拓展了执政资源,夯实了党执政的正当性;塑造了党权威的形象,有利于执政公信力的发挥;契合了制度经济学,降低了执政的成本。
Exercising state power according to law has been the widely used means in the society with rule of law. The reason may be explained as follows.it embodies the people representativeness having been in power for the people; strengthens the resources and testifies reasonable and legitimate ruling of the party;it also moldes the Party as an authority image, being in power has been believed more benefical of the force bringing into play;in addition,it agrees with the system economics,and the cost will be reduced if the Party being in power according to law.
