胃肠道间质瘤中MMP-13表达与生物学行为关系

摘要 目的:探讨胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointestinals stromaltumors,GISTs)组织中MMP-13与CD117、Ki67表达和生物学行为的关系。方法:对69例GISTs利用组织微阵列技术制片进行免疫组织化学染色,并进行统计学分析。结果:MMP-13蛋白表达与GISTs生物学行为呈正相关,(rs=0.23,P<0.05);MMP-13蛋白表达与CD117的表达呈正相关(rs=0.27,P<0.05),与Ki67表达亦呈正相关(rs=0.29,P<0.01)。结论:MMP-13可作为诊断GISTs及判断其恶性程度的参考指标。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expres- sion of matrix metalloproteinases-13 (MMP-13) ,CD117 and Ki67 and biological behavior in gastrointestinal stromal tumors ( GISTs ). Methods : The specimens from 69 cases of GISTs were prepared by mieroarray technology with immunohistochemical staining for detecting the expression of MMP-13, CD117 and Ki67, and the results were analyzed statistically. Results :The expression of MMP-13 behavior of GISTs( rs = 0. 23, P 〈 0 were positively related to biological 05 ), and the direct correlation wasalso found in the expression CD117-and Ki67 (rs =0. 27,P〈0.05; rs = 0. 29, P 〈 0.01, respectively ). Conclusion : Expression of MMP-13 may serve as a potential indicator for diagnosis and advancement of GISTs.
