液化石油气铜片腐蚀不合格原因及解决办法探讨 被引量:8

摘要 针对液化石油气过程产品的铜片腐蚀等级合格,而罐区液化石油气铜片腐蚀不合格的问题,对罐区液化石油气中硫化氢、甲硫醇、乙硫醚等形态的硫含量与铜片腐蚀等级的关系进行了探讨,并得出这些硫化物在一定浓度范围内其含量的大小与铜片腐蚀等级不呈线性关系的结论。应用荧光光谱仪对液化石油气铜片腐蚀后的铜片进行半定量分析,得出铜片上的腐蚀物主要是硫化物,通过实验从而认定液化石油气中硫化物存在形态随时间的变化发生改变导致成品罐区液化石油气铜片腐蚀不合格。对解决罐区液化石油气铜片腐蚀不合格问题办法进行了探讨,发现注碱、处理球罐等方法不能解决铜片腐蚀问题,而改良脱硫剂性能,优化脱硫单元的运行可以使罐区液化石油气铜片腐蚀合格。 In some natural gas process station,proeess products of LPG can go through the copper strip test, but the final product can not. After studying the relationships between the content of hydrogen sulfide, methyl mereaptan, dimethylsulfide or the other forms of sulfide and the level of copper strip corrosion, we find that there is no linear relationship between the content of sulfide and the level of copper strip corrosion. Applying the X-Ray fluorescence to analyze the copper strip after the copper strip test,we find that the main composition of the corrosive is sulfide. The changing of the exsist forms of sulfide is recognized the reason for corrosion. Several solutions had been tried, we found that improving the performance of the desulfurizer and optimizing the operation of desulfurization unit could both be good for quality of LPG.
