摘要 论文对一体斜床身进行三维实体建模,把典型工况下的切削力、床身上各机床零件的重力折算到一体斜床身上,得到切削位置分别位于工件两端和中间时一体斜床身载荷参数。在此基础上,运用经典有限元软件ANSYS对一体斜床身进行静力分析、热分析和热力耦合分析,得到一体斜床身静态特性,探讨了外部静力载荷、温度场以及两者相互作用时对一体斜床身应力应变的影响。 In this paper, a three-dimensional model of integration slant machine bed was established. Converted the cutting force and gravities of every parts of the machine tool on the integration slant machine bed for a typical condition, and gain load parameters on the integration slant machine bed when cutting positions are located at both ends and the middle of the work-piece. In this foundation, use of the classic finite element soft-ware ANSYS to make static analysis, thermal analysis and coupled thermal-mechanical analysis on the integration slant machine bed to gain its static characteristics, and then investigated the effect of the external loads, temperature fields and their joint action on stress-strain state of the integration slant machine bed.
