摘要
复杂零件进行数控加工时,可靠、高效的加工程序常常成为提高零件加工的重要手段。参数编程是数控系统提供的一种新的编程方法,合理利用可以简化程序,提高加工效率。利用西门子数控系统提供的R参数编程方法,以异型轧辊环状孔型数控车削加工为例,介绍参数编程在数控车削加工中的实际应用,结果表明,该编程方法可靠,工作量小,工作效率高。
A reliable and efficient processing procedures often improve an important aspect of complex parts in CNC machining.M akes use of programming with R parameter which is offered by SINUM ERIK CNC system.Takes the processing of the complicated groove surface of noncircular cross section roller as an example, introduces practical application with R parameter in NC processing. The results show that it can improves the manufacturing stability and reduces the programming work load, increases efficiency.
