摘要
文章通过实例介绍数控机床滚珠丝杆传动机构的螺距误差的测量、补偿依据、补偿方法与操作要点,以及补偿效果的验证与分析。通过利用英国RENISHAW公司的ML10激光干涉仪对FANUC 0i系统数控铣床X轴的螺距误差进行测量、补偿及验证,结果说明,对滚珠丝杆传动机构的反向偏差与螺距误差进行补偿是提高机床精度的一种重要手段。
Now, The transmission component for NC machining tools is generally ball screw, and the reversal value and pitch error vitally affect the positioning accuracy for NC machining tools. The writer has tested and compensated the pitch error, then validated the positioning accuracy of the NC machining tool by the Renishaw ML10 laser interferometer. This article depicts the method and operation process of testing,compensation for the pitch error of ball screw assembled in NC machining tools. It is proved by writer' s actual example that the compensation for the reversal value and pitch error of ball screw is an important approach for improving the accuracy of NC machining tools.
