摘要
以金叶榆、金枝梾木和俄罗斯红叶李3种彩色树2a生苗木为试材,测定了不同程度干旱胁迫下净光合速率、蒸腾速率、细胞膜透性、叶片含水量以及高生长等指标,分析了3种彩色树的抗旱性。结果表明:在轻度干旱胁迫条件下,金叶榆和金枝梾木受到的影响小于俄罗斯红叶李;重度干旱条件下,金叶榆表现出较强的抗旱性,而金枝梾木和俄罗斯红叶李受到的影响较大。3种彩色树的抗旱性强弱排序为:金叶榆>金枝梾木>俄罗斯红叶李。
A compmative study of the drought-resistance of three colorful trees such as Ubruns pumila cv.finye, Comus stolonifera vat. glariamea and Prunus cerasifera, was carried out, according to the main physiological indexes of two-year-old seedings on different levels of drought stress, including the photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, membrane permeability, relative water content, high-growth and so on, the drought resistance of three colorful trees was analyzed. The results showed as follows: at mild drought stress conditions, the impact on Ulmus pumila cv.jinye and Comus stolonifera vat. glariamea was less than on Pmnus cerasifera; at severe drought stress conditions, U/nuts pum//a cv. jinye showed stronger drought resistance, yet Comus stolonifera vat. glaviamea and Pruws cerasifera showed larger affected. The sequence of the three colorful trees' drought-resistance was in an order of Ulmus pumila cv.jinye 〉 Corrus stolordfera varglariamea〉 Prunus cerasfera.
