摘要
针对PCB版图设计中如何考虑结构匹配的问题,基于Mentor Graphics Expedition版图设计软件,分析了PCB版图设计中版图与结构协同设计的基本原理,提出了结构建模的一般方法;以实际应用为例,阐述了三种典型结构的具体建模方法。对平面近似分割法产生的曲面空间结构模型进行了精度和可信度分析。
In order to solve the problem of mechanical matching in PCB layout design, the basic principle of PCB layout design and structure co-design were analyzed based on Mentor Graphics Expedition, and general methods for mechanical modeling in layout design were presented. With an actual application example, a specific modeling process for three typical mechanical structures was descried. Finally, analysis was made on precision and reliability of the plane approximate division modeling method.
