摘要
玉米联合收获机传动箱是玉米收获机的关键部件。应用三维造型软件Pro/E对齿轮箱进行三维实体造型,并将模型通过Pro/E和ADAMS专用接口软件Mech/Pro导入ADAMS中进行仿真分析。根据模型的运动原理,对各部件施加约束、力矩、碰撞力等,以模拟齿轮箱的运动,得到运动学、动力学参数曲线。分析结果表明:该齿轮箱能够满足设计要求,应用仿真分析法得出的结论可为齿轮箱的设计、改进以及优化提供有益的技术和理论支持。
Gearbox is a key component of corn combine harvester driving system. By means of Pro/E, the paper set up a three dimension model of gearbox, and then transferred the model into ADAMS through dedicated interface software MECH/PROE of Pro/E and ADAMS and did Simulation constraints, torque, impact force on the components, to analysis. According to the principle of the movement, to impose simulate working conditions of gearbox, and obtain curve of kinematic, kinetic parameters. The results show that the gear can meet requirements of the mechanical condition. The conclusion which applied the simulation analysis provided the technology and theory for gearbox designing, improving and optimizing.
