摘要
虚拟样机技术作为新兴的产品开发设计方法,已成为提高现代产品设计性能的重要手段。为此,阐述了虚拟样机技术的定义、体系、特点以及建模技术,并运用虚拟样机技术在ADAMS软件中模拟仿真拖拉机变速箱的Ⅰ挡运行过程,生成最接近实际的虚拟样机模型。
As an new emerging design and product development methodology, virtual prototyping technology has become an important measure to improve the performance of modern product design. This paper expatiated the definition of virtual prototyping technology,the systems, the characteristics and modeling techniques. And run the process of tractor reducer's first gear by the virtual prototyping technology in ADAMS simulation software. Generate a reducer model which is closest to the actual.
