The ideal conditions of the flat module is reduced to the ideal conditions of the principal annihilator, and the notion of the principal annihilator-flat module is brought forth and generalized. Then the × and exact sequences are used to study the equivalent depictions of the principal annihilator flat module. At the same time the properties of the principal annihilator flat module are discussed from the perspectives of the submodule, the direct sum, the direct product and so on.
