Treatment of oil leakage of combination bearing in bulb tubulous turbine generation unit

潮州供水枢纽2台灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组出现组合轴承漏油情况,严重影响机组安全生产,经拆解组合轴承后发现存在盘根老化、机组大轴和镜板锈蚀严重等现象。对组合轴承漏油的原因进行分析,进行相关处理后取得了满意的效果。

The oil leakage faults of combination bearing of two bulb tubulous turbines were occurred in Chaozhou Water Supply Project,and safety production of the two units had been influenced seriously.The combination bearing had been disassembled.It was found that the gland packing was aged;and serious corrosion was occurred in the shaft of unit and thrust runner.The reasons of oil leakage of combination bearing were analyzed;some relevant treatment measures were adopted;and satisfactory effects were obtained.
