依达拉奉联合尼莫地平预防颈动脉狭窄支架成形术后再灌注损伤 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察依达拉奉联合尼莫地平预防颈动脉狭窄支架成形术(CAS)后再灌注损伤的作用。方法将颈动脉狭窄患者72例,随机分为治疗组36例和对照组36例。所有病例均实施颈动脉支架成形术,两组围手术期均予抗血小板等治疗,此外,对照组单用尼莫地平,治疗组在此基础上于手术前后加用依达拉奉。观察两组术后再灌注损伤发生情况。结果对照组有6例支架术后出现再灌注损伤,发生率16.7%;治疗组有1例,发生率2.7%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合尼莫地平能有效预防颈动脉狭窄患者支架成形术后出现再灌注损伤。
