摘要
本文从维持河流健康的角度出发,提出梯级水库调节库容合理规模的含义,通过需水与库容关系、库容拆分与补偿等相关问题的研究,建立以梯级水库调节库容最小为目标的水库调节库容合理规模模型。以黄河干流为例,计算了不同水平年的水库调节库容规模,并通过设置不同措施对黄河干流进行调控。研究结果表明:梯级水库调节库容合理规模确定方法的提出,可以为国家、政府等行政部门在流域规划和开发中提供科学依据。
This paper puts forward a concept of reasofiable regulated capacity of cascade reservoirs from the point of maintaining river health and establishes a model of reasonable storage regulation to minimize the regulation capacity of cascade reservoirs through analyzing the relationship between water demand and storage capacity and the issues on storage capacity separation and compensation and so on. For a study case of Yellow River, the size of annual regulation storage is calculate for different level years, and different measures to control the Yellow River mainstream. Results indicate that storage capacity regulation of cascade reservoir provides a scientific basis for the valley planning and development by government authorities.
