摘要
介绍线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)薄膜专用树脂的开发过程,并与国内外同类树脂进行了比较。开发的树脂熔体流动速率为1.5~2.5g/10min,密度为0.917~0.923g/cm3,拉伸屈服应力≥8.3MPa,拉伸断裂应变>500%,灰分≤0.04%,雾度≤14%。专用树脂在大庆石化公司开发公司、无锡彩印集团进行加工,结果表明,该树脂适用于易开口薄膜的生产,满足用户要求。
The development of LLDPE special resin for film is described, and comparison is made with similar resins made in foreign countries. The resin developed has the MFR of 1.5~2.5 g/10min, density of 0.917~0.923 g/cm3, tensile yield stress of ≥8.3 MPa, ash of ≤0.04% and haze of ≤14%. The processing of the special resin in Daqing Petrochemical Company Development Company and Wuxi Color Printing Group shows, this resin is suitable for producing easy opening film and the requirement of users.
