摘要 文中对热壁加氢反应器用2.25Cr-1Mo钢采用埋弧自动焊方法进行了焊接工艺实验研究。通过92mm厚板对接埋弧自动焊工艺试验,检验焊缝质量、分析焊接接头的低温冲击韧性、测试其力学性能。结果表明,只要焊接材料匹配正确、工艺规范参数合理,所获得的焊接接头质量良好,焊接接头强度、塑性和低温冲击韧性均满足设计技术要求的性能指标。 Experimental research was made on the welding procedure of automatic submerged arc welding with 2.25Cr-1Mo for hot wall hydrogenation reactor. The technological test of butt jointing automatic submerged arc welding to the 92 mm thick plate was made to inspect the weld quality, analyze the low temperature impact toughness of the welding joints and test its mechanical property. The result shows, as long as the welding material are matched correctly and process data are right, the welding joints will have a good quality, and the strength, plasticity and low temperature impact toughness of the welding joints will meet the requirement of technical specification.
