摘要
泵用机械密封是目前应用最为广泛的1种旋转轴动密封。正确合理的选用密封冷却辅助措施,来改善机械密封运行环境,延长机械密封使用寿命,是保证密封质量的关键问题。文中通过对泵用机械密封多种冷却辅助措施的对比分析,为机械密封冷却辅助系统的选用提出了合理的技术方案。
Mechanical seal used for pump is one of the most widely used rotary seals at present. Proper selection of seal’s cooling auxiliary measure to improve the operation environment of mechanical seal and to prolong service life of mechanical seal is a key issue to ensure the sealing quality. This paper made comparative analysis on various cooling auxiliary measures for mechanical seals used for pumps and put forward reasonable technical scheme for the selection of mechanical seal’s cooling auxiliary system.
