摘要
应用ANSYS软件分别建立某厂第二急冷锅炉的等效实心管板和开孔管板2种有限元分析模型,进行应力分析,并对分析结果进行比较。结果表明,等效实心管板与开孔管板应力分布情况相似,但开孔管板的孔边应力集中显著,不可近似简化。
The ANSYS software was used to establish 2 kinds of finite element analysis models separately for equivalent solid tube sheet and opening tube sheet of the secondary quenching boiler of a plant, stress analysis was made, and comparison was made to the analytical results. The results show, the stress distribution of equivalent solid tube sheet is similar to that of opening tube sheet, but the stress of the opening edge of the opening tube sheet is significantly concentrated and thus can’t be approximately simplified.
