流式细胞术定量检测外周血单个核细胞NF-κB的方法探讨 被引量：1

摘要 目的通过观察核因子-κB(NF-κB)活性与冠脉病变之间的关系,探讨流式细胞术快速、定量检测NF-κB的实验方法。方法将冠心病患者分为急性心肌梗死(AMI)组、不稳定型心绞痛(UA)组和稳定型心绞痛(SA)组,同时设立对照组,应用流式细胞术检测冠心病患者外周血单个核细胞NF-κB的活性变化。结果AMI组和UA组患者NF-κB活性明显高于对照组(P<0.01),SA组患者NF-κB活性与对照组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论流式细胞术可快速、灵敏、特异地定量检测冠心病患者外周血单个核细胞的NF-κB活性变化。
